Following a loss at your home, Colosseum Group will send a team of trained professionals to help sort through the items you wish you to store. Our employees are background checked and trained in dealing with the aftermath of a loss of any size.

Throughout the packing process, Colosseum Group provides a complete inventory report that organizes your items in a comprehensive list for your review. Your items will be sorted by area of packing, Colosseum Group also keeps a list of where each item is located, so that is searchable in our system.

Once our team of trained professionals has packed your items, they are taken to an off-site climate-controlled or on-site (if possible) storage facility, depending on the needs of the homeowner and the condition of the home.

Once processed in our facility, your items are assigned a storage unit. Each item is provided a number so that it may be searchable in our system. Your items are then vaulted and secured. We do not have loose items in our facility. Each item is secured in place after processing. 

Your valuables are stored safely and securely with video surveillance.

Contents Processing Technician (CPT) Certification is for technicians in the practice of contents recovery and processing from loss events such as fire, water, mold, biohazard residues, and trauma scenes. They are certified in the restoration of contents, inventorying, wrapping, packing, transport, cleaning science, deodorizing, post-cleaning evaluation, storage, and pack back principles (chain of custody).Upon achieving certification, technicians are  prepared to work as an efficient and effective part of a contents recovery team and have the essential knowledge base to perform and document typical residential or commercial restoration projects involving contents processing from start to finish.
